Expungement Clinic Registration Form
Thursday December 5, 2019
3pm-6:30pm
New Prospect Baptist Church

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME IN PRE-REGISTRATION, WE HAVE NOW REACHED CAPACITY AND NEW REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. HOWEVER, WALK-INS ARE WELCOMED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Is a criminal record holding you back from getting a job, finding housing, or from your education? Is a past conviction or arrest still impacting your life? Join with Council member Chris Seelbach, Dj. J Dough, Ohio Justice and Policy Center, New Prospect Baptist Church, and the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati in Roselawn for a free legal clinic to meet with attorneys, paralegals, and volunteers who are trained to help you navigate the legal process.

Who we can serve: People with criminal records in Ohio, who have no open cases (meaning, you're not on currently parole, probation, or other community corrections, and you have no unpaid fines).

What to bring: A background check (if your record is in Hamilton County, you can purchase a local “police check” at the Justice Center for $5).

Services: Record sealing, expungement, and Certificates of Qualification for Employment (CQEs).

To obtain copies of your blue sheet, please visit the Hamilton County Sheriff website for additional information at:
https://www.hcso.org/records-checks/

Additionally, local non-profits and organizations will be participating to boost and support opportunity for those receiving expungements.
