Blendon PTO Mini-Grant Request Form
One of the reasons the Blendon PTO raises funds is to help support the needs of Blendon teachers and staff members as they strive to provide the best education possible for Blendon students. To this end, the Blendon PTO accepts requests for grants from Blendon teachers and staff members for purchases that are not otherwise covered by funds allotted by the school district.

If you are a Blendon teacher or staff member looking to apply for a Blendon PTO grant, please answer the following questions and submit your responses. Once received, your request will be discussed and voted on at the next regular the PTO meeting.
