We are looking for ambitious, creative, driven, goal oriented, proactive and well organized Sales Development Representatives, who are passionate about sales, want to work with leading technology startups, and deliver outstanding results. You will work directly with Greg, Natalie and top European founders, which makes it a very unique opportunity to develop your career in sales / startup growth:

- As a sales development representative you will be responsible for running personalized account based sales campaigns of some of the best European startups.
- You will not only use the industry gold standard but also test the newest strategies and tools - you will have a chance to test your ideas in action. You will work with different products, industries and markets, which massively accelerates your learning curve.
- Our organization is growing - you can grow with it. Also, Growbots alumni have been managing sales development teams in numerous well-known technology startups such as: Docplanner, Packhelp, RTB House, Sentione, Survicate.

Salary: 5,000 - 7,000 PLN + annual bonus (gross umowa zlecenie or net B2B + VAT / 32 hours per week)

- Remote only company - we don’t have an office, you can work anywhere in the world (but check the internet connection first!),
- Flexible working hours - you can adjust your daily schedule to your individual needs,

Job description:

- Lead prospecting: qualifying companies and decision-makers matching ideal customer profile by using contact databases, Linkedin, and Google.
- Market research: learning about the strategy and identifying potential pain-points of each individual company,
- Communication: crafting an unique pitch for every company by personalizing your messages on the company, department and individual decision maker level,
- Running outbound account based campaigns using different scenarios using email and social media channels,
- Creating reports and analyzing results.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of top performance as an individual SDR,
- Strategic and analytical mindset, attention to details, strong work ethic, methodical approach to work,
- Great communication skills, natural flow in written English,
- An excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1),
- Interest in the process of scaling technology startups.
