CNH District Convention Delegate Registration
Delegate Selection: Each Key Club is entitled to select two (2) delegates to represent the Club at the House of Delegates. Each Key Club should also select and register two (2) alternates in case one of any unforeseen changes.

Purpose: Delegates vote to approve District bylaw changes, approve proposed International bylaw changes to advance to International convention for consideration, approve resolutions presented to the House of Delegates, and to select the leaders of the District for the next term. The House of Delegates, and Nominating Conference if necessary, will be held on Saturday morning. Delegates should represent the views of their Club members when considering candidate selections and resolutions. It is mandatory for all persons, especially Delegates, to attend the caucuses.

Delegate Certification: This form certifies that the Club has selected the Key Club members named as delegates and possible alternates.

Information that you will need in order to properly finish this process:
> REQUIRED: Region, Division, Club name, Club number and the individual submitting form
> REQUIRED: Maximum of two (2) Delegate names, member numbers AND email
> RECOMMENDED: Maximum of two (2) Alternate names, member numbers AND email
> VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Club President and Advisor name AND email address

Delegate Registration Confirmation: The Policy, International, & Elections (PIE) Chair will electronically contact the Club President and Advisor to confirm registration. Each delegate registered before convention will be contacted by the PIE Chair with basic responsibilities and tips of being a delegate.

Delegate Registration at Convention: At Convention Registration there will be a Delegate Registration booth where each Delegate will be issued a Delegate Wristband.
*Alternates will not be registered unless the Delegate certified is unable to attend the Convention.
