Role
Delegates cast their votes to select the next term's District Executives, endorse individuals running for International Office, approve District Bylaw amendments, and approve International Bylaw amendments for consideration at International Convention.
The House of Delegates and Nominating Conference (if necessary) will be conducted on Saturday morning. Delegates shall represent the views of their club members when considering candidate selections, bylaw proposals, and resolutions. It is mandatory for all delegates to attend these events.
To complete this form, you will require the following information:
- General Information - Region, Division, Club Name, Club ID Number, & Individual Submitting
- Delegates - Delegate Names, Member ID Numbers, & Email Addresses
- Alternates - Alternate Names, Member ID Numbers, & Email Addresses
- Verification - Club President Name, Advisor Name, & Email Addresses
Registration Confirmation
The Policy, International Business, & Elections (PIE) Chair will contact the Club President and Advisor to confirm registration. Each delegate registered before District Convention will be contacted by the PIE Chair with the responsibilities and information on being a delegate.
Delegate Registration at District Convention
During District Convention, there will be a Delegate Registration booth where delegates will be issued a delegate ribbon and wristband. Alternates will not be officially registered unless the delegate certified is unable to attend the convention.
