Costs: Upon sending this application you will recieve an invoice that reflects your cost for the clinic. A 200.00 advance deposit is required at sign up, The invoice is payable in part or in full. Full payment will be due by March 1st. Cancellation for any reason will receive a full refund until February 28th. You will receive a refund minus a 100.00 processing fee with Veterinarian certificate after March 1st.
