Registration Form (Guild Leader)
Guild Leaders are the ambassadors of the Society. You are required to volunteer for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.

To be a Guild Leader, you should have the following criteria:
• Be receptive to engage new members from diverse backgrounds
• Have adequate knowledge of the Society

During your appointment as a Guild Leader, you shall be required to:
• Host up to 6 new members in the mini-guilds for a period of a year
• Attend bi-annual New Members’ Night and shall be required to host a table
• Encourage to organise interaction/bonding/networking activities within the mini-guilds to build a stronger relationship
• Generate interests within mini-guilds towards the Society’s events or activities, not limited to the following:
o Induction sessions
o Team bonding activities
o Networking events
o Society’s workshops, courses or sections

Each mini guild will be given 20% F&B discount vouchers (bi-annual) to be utilised within our F&B outlets to organise meet-ups over coffee, get to know sessions over lunch/dinner, etc.

Guild Leaders can seek for an extension of their appointments at least two (02) months before the start of the new recruitment of Guild Leaders (i.e August 2019).

Guild Leader shall be given a Certificate of Participation signed by the Chairperson of the Membership Experience Sub-Committee as a token of appreciation at the end of each serving term.
