This form is geared towards creating a comprehensive database of both amateur and experienced tattoo artists, piercers and suppliers within the tattoo industry in Trinidad and Tobago. This registry will facilitate measures that will regulate the proper standards for equipment, hygiene and sanitation practices that are in accordance with OSH guidelines and will be followed by a certification process that will enable the artist to become a registered practitioner in T&T.
