Kansas Science Festival 2025 Volunteer Opportunities

The Kansas Science Festival will take place on April 26, 2025, and it cannot happen without the help of volunteers! This year we are partnering with Manhattan Public Library and majority of the presenters will be located inside of the library and small number outside. The festival science activities start at 11:00 a.m. and last until 4:00 p.m. Setup for the festival will begin at 9 am and to provide enough time to clean up at the end of the event.

We will provide snacks for volunteers throughout the day. Volunteers working the 9:30 a.m. and/or the 12:00 p.m. shifts will be provided lunch.

9:00 a.m. - 12:15 a.m. (Setup)

2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Clean Up)
