Use this form if you are a Non-Psychology Graduate & Undergraduate Students or a Psychology Undergraduate Student

• All students who wish to take a course in the Psychology Department must fill out this form to receive approval.
• You must receive advisor approval for the course you wish to take in the Psychology Department.
• Be sure to click "Submit" at the end of this form.

Please note: We do not enroll outside students until after our students have registered, and there may not be room in the courses. Sometimes we are not able to enroll you until close to the start of the semester, so we recommend you enroll in other courses as a backup.
