Can't make it to Seabreeze 2021? We're sorry you can't make it. The complete refund policy is below.
*Refund Request Period runs March 20-April 10th. No refund requests will be accepted after April 10th.
*Refunds are only available to the original ticket purchaser and on the original card. No third party ticket transactions are eligible for a refund.
*We are working to help you during this unprecedented time, but we will need YOUR HELP to ensure the proper account is credited as your wristband is RFID encoded and linked to your purchase.
*MILITARY TICKETS: Wristbands purchased at military bases must be returned to point of purchase for refund. Contact your location for shipping instructions. Missing, damaged, or pulled wristbands will result in a $50 per item refund reduction.

*FLORIDA HOUSE TICKETS: If looking for a refund and you have the wristbands in hand, follow the same refund procedure by filling out a Refund Request below and returning the wristbands to the address indicated. Missing, damaged, or pulled wristbands will result in a $50 per item refund reduction (see below). If your wristbands were left at Florida House at Pier Park to pick before the show, fill out the Refund Request below and indicate in the comments box your wristbands were left for pickup. (For fans who wish to attend the 2021 show with wristbands at Florida House, your wristbands will be available to pick up at the Will Call trailer at the front of the venue in 2021.)
*ONLINE TICKETS OR TICKETS PURCHASED BY PHONE:
*Refund excludes 3% processing fee plus $20 shipping fee
*If the refund request is for the following events that use e-tickets (print at home via email)— request for refund is all that is needed. Here is a list of events that use e-tickets:
After Party Jam Shows at Pompano Joe’s
Midnight Jams at Runaway Island
CD Release Party
*If the refund request is for events at the main performance venue (Aaron Beasant Park Amphitheater) —then ALL WRISTBANDS, LANYARDS, and PARKING PASSES shipped to the patron must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION to be eligible for a refund. Any missing, damaged, or pulled wristbands....along with damaged or missing lanyards or parking passes will result is a $50 per item reduction of refund.
