The event will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
All booth reservations are on a “first come, first served” basis.

Vendor Space Available (Select one):
A –10 x 10 square feet (Including 6 foot table and 2 chairs) - $125.00 +tax ($143.75 total)
B – 20 x 10 square feet (Including 2- 6 foot tables and 2 chairs) - $195 +tax ($224.25 total)
There will be a designated “stage” with a published schedule for marketplace vendors to showcase their talents, crafting abilities and/or fibre products.
Please let me know if you would like to showcase your product or service in a 20 to 30 minute demonstration or hands-on session with a captive audience.
We will have volunteers available to cover your booth if you are flying solo that day.

The intent of WoolstockEAST is to showcase fibre arts, fibre animals and other small farming ventures with a focus on fibre products. Products offered for sale should be related to fibre, the animals used to produce the fibre, or small agricultural farming in general. This includes tools and equipment required to process fibre and/or operating a small farm. Preference will be given to Canadian made products.
We also welcome locally handcrafted and hand made products such as soap, jewellery, food and drink.
Vendors are required to remain open from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, September 18th.
Set-up time is from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, September 17th or 8:00 am to 9:45 am on Saturday September 18th
Vendors are responsible to remove any garbage when disassembling their booth.
Vendors will receive the following promotions as part of your WoolstockEast vendor experience. Please make sure to include all applicable links in the form above and send us the additional details below to take full advantage of these promotions.
