OCMS Counseling Information Request (non-emergency)
Dear OCMS Parents & Students,

Thank you for contacting the Oak Crest's Counseling Office! If you have a non-emergency academic, social-emotional, housing/food services need or question, please complete this brief request form. We are here to help and will respond to your inquiry by phone, email, or video conference, Monday - Friday, between 8:15 am – 2:45 pm (all requests will go to Mrs.McNeff, school counselor who will work with other support team members to address questions/needs).

All information will be treated confidentially and not shared other than to connect you with a staff member who can provide information to you. Please visit link:
