  1. Your weekly meal plans and grocery lists will be emailed to you within 48-72 hours of receiving these forms and payment
  2. We will also provide a quick personalized video, giving you clear instructions on expert nutrition tips & product recommendations that may help you with your health
  3. This plan includes a 45-minute virtual nutritional counselling call for meal plan guidance & accountability to start you on your journey. (Please book your call below)
