Please complete this form by June 30th if you are interested in joining the MPTC Robin League this summer. The league will start July 2nd until the end of September. There are a maximum of 60 spots in the robin league. Players will be entered based on order of registration. A waiting list will be established with additional players should some drop out of the league. Pool will be readjusted once a month.
We understand that some people may go on holidays for part of the summer and may miss setting up the odd match, but if you are going to be gone for more than a month or don't think you can commit to playing 5 short matches per month please don't join the Robin League as this causes a of challenges for other players.
- players will be organized into pools of 6 (after each round the top players move up, bottom 2 players move down, middle 2 players stay)
- results from the warm up tournament may be used to help establish the initial pools (you do not have to play in the warm-up tournament to play in the robin league)
- Pro set to 8 with a 7 point tiebreak being played if players are tied at 7-7
- players have 4 weeks to play all round robin matches
- players must work together to schedule their own matches
- winning player must record the score in the Score Reporting Form
Robin League Contact information will be shared with everyone in the league. This information is provided solely for the purpose of setting up Robin League matches and is not to be shared or distributed outside the league. Players are only to contact people within their pool to set up matches and should not contact people they do not know in other pools to set up matches.
