Distance Learning - Parent Survey
Please take a moment to complete this form to provide information to District leaders as we plan to address needs during this COVID-19 closure. Daycare during normal school hours will be provided to children of healthcare professionals, first responders and other emergency workers as directed by Governor Walz.

Additionally, we are collecting information regarding our meal distribution program. All families have the opportunity to access our school breakfast and lunch programs.

This information is critical to evaluate current plans and adjust our services for students and families.
