Pet Homes. Describe your family and home and the environment your puppy would be raised in. Is everyone in the home on board with bringing a puppy into the family?
Breeders: Describe your breeding program. (# of dogs, living conditions, breeds, etc) Please also list genetic test you do.
We do not allow visitors in our home for the safety of our dogs and family. Do you understand that all communication will be through pictures, videos, FaceTime, and phone calls/texts?

Do you understand that you are required to pick up puppy when the puppy is 8 weeks old? If puppy Is not picked up by 9 weeks old, then you will be charged $150 per week to keep. Also, if they are not picked up by next scheduled vet vaccinations you will be required to pay $125 for vet check and vaccination. Do you agree?

Do you understand that due to scheduling and multiple pickups I cannot schedule pickups outside of a 30 min radius. As much as I would like to meet everyone halfway, it is not possible with children, puppies and work. If you would like to inquire about flight nanny services or transportation services I can help with setting that up. Also, due to Memphis and Nashville airport being 2-3 hours away, there is a $100 fee added to puppy cost unless discussed before hand.
