MLA 2018: Conference Presentation and Poster Proposal Form
Please make note that the deadline for ALL submissions is Friday May 18, 2018. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Everyone Belongs @ Mississippi Libraries”. Librarians from every type of institution make up MLA, and we all have a part to play in serving patrons' wide-ranging information needs. Public, special, school, academic---no matter the type---libraries are a building block of thriving communities. We each have much to share and celebrate about how our diverse libraries contribute to a better society, and we want to hear how your library's work helps ensure that everyone has a place in Mississippi libraries.

Accepted program presentations should be able to fit within a 45 minute segment with time for questions.

Posters will be presented during two presentation slots that will each have 8-9 poster sessions giving a 5-minute lightening talk on their idea. Posters will then be on display in the conference center for attendees to view and ask questions.
