Pesto and Homemade Farfalle Pasta

Chef Matteo will be joining us again! He will helping us make homemade farfalle (bowtie) pasta and I will teach pesto using Snuck Farm basil.
Nothing is more aromatic than fresh basil, pine nuts and Italian cheeses!
Each guest will go home with a snuck farm basil plant.
Order ahead of time pesto: $15 pint, $28 quart (I usually sell pesto $18 a pint and $33 a quart)

Allergens present: pinenuts, gluten, eggs, dairy
We cannot offer gluten free with homemade pasta. WE can make pasta with kamut if needed as a separate batch.
