If you are interested helping with the 2024 PTA Great Oaks Elementary Carnival and Silent Auction scheduled for April 6, 2024, please share your information below. This is a volunteer run event that takes a large group of people to pull off so we welcome ALL volunteers to help! Not sure where you fit in, join us for the kick-off meeting to find your place!

Our Kick-off meeting will be on Thursday, February 1st at 6 pm via Google Meet. A link will be sent to all who are interested in helping!

Food Committee - work to source food vendors for the event

Games/Activities Committee - plan games & activities to bring onto campus for the carnival

Decorations Committee - plan and create a fun atmosphere for the day of event

Silent Auction Committee - help solicit donations from community business & families as well as work with teachers to plan Teacher Treasure activities

Treasury Committee - sell tickets, help count funds received on the day of the event and final payment of Silent Auction purchases

Volunteer Committee - work with local volunteer organizations (NJHS, ROTC, etc.) to find volunteers

Communications Committee - work with VP of Communications on Promoting the Carnival to families & the community including signs, bulletin board, etc.

Not Sure - but I want to help and will join the meeting on February 1st!
