Hae viljelypalstaa Otaniemestä! Apply for a plot in Otaniemi! 2025
Haluatko palstan Otaniemen Ossinlammen viljelyalueelta? Hakuaika alkaa pe 21.2.2025 klo 12 ja palstojen jaosta päättää myöhemmin uusi hallitus, joka valitaan 26.2.2025. Palstat ovat noin 7-24 neliömetrin kokoisia ja vuosivuokra+jäsenmaksu on noin 45-100 euroa yhteensä, koosta riippuen. Palstojen jakoon vaikuttaa mm. hakemusten saapumisjärjestys, joten hae nopeasti!

Palstan vuokraaminen ja käyttäminen edellyttää Otaniemen kaupunkiviljely-yhdistyksen jäsenmaksun maksamista. Jäsenmaksu maksetaan palstan vuokran maksun yhteydessä.

Do you want a plot at the Otaniemi Ossinlampi urban gardening area? The application opens on Fri 21.2.2025 at 12 and they will be distributed by the new board, which will be chosen on 26.2.2025. The plots are about 7 to 24m² in size and the rent+membership fee together is about 45 to 100€, depending on plot size. The order of the applications has an effect on who is granted a plot, so apply fast!

Renting and using a plot requires paying the membership fee of the association. The membership fee (5 €) is paid together with the plot rental fee.

Questions? The plot distribution is governed by the Otaniemi Urban Gardening association. Our members are Aalto students, staff and other actives of the area. You can contact us at otaniemiurbangardening@gmail.com. We also have a Telegram group https://otapuutarha.fi/tg.

The plots have mostly been allocated now, but it's possible that there will be some for distribution still.

HUOMIO PALSTOJEN KEHITTÄMISESTÄ / NOTICE ABOUT IMPROVING THE PLOTS *
Palstojen saannin ja käytön edellytyksenä on mahdollisesti, hallituksen tai yhdistyksen niin päättäessä, käyttöön saamasi palstan aitojen ohjeiden mukainen uusiminen annetuilla materiaaleilla. Hyväksyt tämän ja sitoudun tähän mahdolliseen velvoitteeseen.

To get and use a plot you might be required, by the board or the association, to install a new fence according to provided instructions and using provided materials. You acknowledge this and agree to it.
Vuokraajat
Vuokraajilla on vastuu palstavuokran ja jäsenmaksun maksamisesta määräajan sisällä, palstan asianmukaisesta huolenpidosta ja muista palstaan liittyvien velvollisuuksien täyttämisestä. Kaikkien palstan viljelijöiden suositellaan liittyvän jäseniksi. Jos vuokraajana on yhdistys tai yhteisö: täytä yhdistyksen tiedot, ja nimeä vastuuhenkilö. Palstan käyttäjien on noudatettava hallituksen ja yhdistyksen päätöksiä, ja nämä päätökset ja niiden asettamat ohjeet ja ehdot voivat muuttua milloin vain. Sitoudut tähän hakiessasi palstaa.

Jäsen- ja vuokranmaksujen maksaminen kokonaisuudessaan eräpäivään mennessä on välttämätön ehto palstan saamiselle. Jos haluat hakea yhdessä kaverin kanssa palstaa, täyttäkää erilliset hakemukset ja kertokaa kenen kanssa haluatte hakea palstaa. Hakemusta voi päivittää myöhemmin.

The tenants are responsible for paying the plot and membership fee within the specified time, for keeping the plot in good condition and for fulfilling other responsibilities related to the plot. All plot gardeners are encouraged to join the association. If the tenant is an association: fill in the information of the association, and give the name of the contact person. All plot users must follow decisions made by the board and the association, and these decisions and the instructions and rules set by them can change at any time. You agree to this when applying for the plot.

Paying the membership and rental fees in full by the due date is a necessary condition to getting a plot!

If you want to apply together with a friend, fill separate applications and tell us who you want to apply with. You can update the application after.
