Rolling Feedback Form
The purpose of this is to give you a chance to supply feedback on how the class is going anonymously. The first few questions are very specific, and I ask that you answer them, so that I can keep track of these things throughout the semester. However, at the end, there will be an open-ended question; if you have any suggestions, constructive criticisms, or things you have liked about the class, please put them there. Seriously all (constructive) comments are welcomed. Supplying and creating a friendly classroom environment for every student is important.
