Reporting Racism in the Arts, Screen, and Creative Sectors
Diversity Arts Australia has developed this form to document and track incidents of racial discrimination in the creative sectors. Your input will help us advocate for systemic change by raising awareness, sharing insights with government, the arts and creative industries, and relevant anti-discrimination and human rights bodies.
We will regularly report on the data collected to our communities, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to highlight patterns and inform anti-racism efforts. However, we cannot make formal complaints to authorities or other bodies unless required by mandatory reporting laws. At the end of this survey, we provide details of organisations that can offer support if you or someone you know has experienced racial harassment or discrimination.
Guidelines for Completing this Form

PRIVACYAll responses are confidential and collected to inform and strengthen our programs. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
