Difficulty Level: Level A, Beginner level. Suitable for individuals of all ages who are in

Outdoor Wear Requirements: Lightweight outdoor clothing（Long-sleeved shirt and pants）, hiking boots or non-slip-soled sneakers, hat.
Outdoor Gear Requirements: Backpack, Hiking poles (at least one), insect repellent, sunscreen.
Other: Please bring food and drinking water for yourself.
