Our vision is to strengthen the ISMAR community by creating opportunities for participants to connect across career stages, institutions, countries, and sectors. Whether you are a student attending your first ISMAR, an early-career researcher establishing your professional network, or an experienced academic or industry leader, Women @ ISMAR aims to facilitate conversations, mentorship, collaboration, and relationships that extend well beyond the conference.

As this is the inaugural Women @ ISMAR program, we invite the community to help shape its direction. The activities offered during ISMAR 2026 will be informed by participant interest – by you :)
