Buyer Qualification Form: 25th Annual IRF Education Invitational
Thank you for your interest in the 25th Annual IRF Education Invitational, May 29-June 2, 2018. The IRF is excited to be hosted at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, a brand new $450 Million luxury development within Moon Palace in the beautiful Mayan Riviera!

To ensure top-quality networking, in 2018 all potential hosted buyers will need to apply using the process below.

Qualification and Registration:

Please use the form below to complete and submit your hosted buyer application. All potential buyers must have an application on file before receiving an invitation to the event.* Please have the following information prepared for your hosted buyer application:

• Contact information (your approval information and/or invitation to the event will be delivered to the email address provided)
• Date, attendance, venue and budget for your last three programs
• Annual individual spend information, including information on budget for non-cash awards, if applicable

(Note to Past Attendees: This is the same information you previously submitted during registration. For 2018, we are requesting that you provide this information during this application process, prior to completing your event registration. Invited attendees will not be asked for this information again during the registration process.)

General registration for approved IRF hosted buyers will open on February 15, 2018. Information on your application status will be provided by the IRF before this date. Invitations to register for approved IRF buyers will be distributed on February 15, 2018. Our IRF Invitational sponsors will begin to submit their hosted buyer pairing requests soon. In the event your receive an invitation to register prior to February 15, 2018, we encourage you to complete your registration at that time.

All official communications and invitations to register will come from registration@theirf.org. Please make sure this email address is on your "safe" list to guarantee receipt of your Invitational application and registration information.

*Submission of qualifications through the IRF hosted buyer application does not guarantee an invitation to the event. Once your qualifications have been reviewed, you will receive an update on your application status from the IRF.
