This facility will be part of Salt Creek Golf Club and will offer patrons increased golf and social opportunities with exciting amenities. These two venues will work together to provide golf instruction, practice opportunities, and space for community meetings, social and corporate events, and private rentals. This position is responsible for supervising the 390 Golf Experience Facility operation including the opening and closing of the facility as scheduled. Direct, monitor and support of employees for efficient operations.
Essential Job Functions:
· Supervision of daily operations for facility including opening and closing.
· Trusted and responsible for proper handling of large sums of money, keys and facility security codes and the adherence to security procedures and policies.
· Appropriately assist with customer inquires and disputes.
· Make and document initial contact with potential facility customers to insure proper follow up.
· Assist and complete with employee schedules.
· Organize and monitor driving range bays.
· Assist and perform monthly inventories.
· Assist with sales and promotions.

390 Golf Experience POS Attendant/Greeter
This position responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash and credit transactions and managing of the guest who are checking into the facility. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate.

The Event Attendant position is responsible for assisting and managing events that are scheduled at the 390 Golf Experience facility. The event attendant will assist with room setup and educating the party on how to use the top tracer technology. Will work Closely with food and beverage manager staff to coordinate events.

· Meet with, communicate, and coordinate event details and plan with food and beverage staff

Facility Attendants/TopTracer
The Facility Attendant/Top Tracer position includes but is not limited to working as a range bay customer service attendant ensuring guests understand how to use TopTracer system and quickly able to begin their games. The Facility Attendant position would be focused on making sure our customers get their range balls, find their bay, and understand how TopTracer works so they can enjoy their golf range experience.

The Facility Attendant/Top Tracer position includes but is not limited to working as a range bay customer service attendant, ensuring guests understand how to use TopTracer system and are quickly able to begin their games.
· The Facility Attendant position would be focused on making sure our customers get their range balls, find their bay, and understand how TopTracer works so they can enjoy their golf range experience.
· The Facility Attendants will be experts at the technical side TopTracer systems and will have the knowledge and the ability to explain the system with outstanding attention to detail.
· Wood Dale Park District is looking for a person with customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and strong communication skills.
· This position is also responsible for maintaining control of the range rules and facility regulations in a professional, friendly, safe, and positive manner.

Ball Management Attendant
The Ball Management Attendant position includes but is not limited to working as a range ball picker, cleaner, and managing range ball inventory. The Ball Management Attendant position includes being responsible for keeping a steady flow of clean range balls in stock for our customer’s needs. This includes operating a motor vehicle to pick up range balls from the range infield, cleaning range balls, and making sure the ball dispensing machines stay adequately stocked.

Essential Job Functions:
· Manages inventory and keep a steady flow of range balls in stock for our customers.
· Performs combination of following duties at golf driving range: Picks up golf balls by hand or drives vehicle equipped with trailer that automatically picks up balls as vehicle moves over turf infield.
· Could be responsible for plowing snow off the range in the winter.
· Starts ball washing machine filled with soapy water and immerses golf balls to remove dirt, grass stain, and club marks.
· Facilitates ball blower system to ensure clean range balls are sent to the golf ball dispensing machines.
· Ensure golf ball dispensing machines have a sufficient level of golf ball inventory.
· Disposes of cracked golf balls.
· Operate a motor vehicle and ensure safe driving principles and practices.
· Ability to pick up range buckets from range bays.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Food and Beverage Manager
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees day to day operations. Ensures Staff is updated regularly for any changes made to menu, hours, or operations. Responsible for staff accountability and training/development. Oversees labor costs and Inventory control. Excellent Customer Service skills and Communication Skills. Ensures quality guest experience for all guests who dine-gamble-bet-play. Ensures all Food items are being made correctly following any modifications and allergies. Ensures all Bar drinks are being made correctly with accurate recipes and proper pours. Regulates Staffing Schedule and makes sure the needs of the guests are being met by all positions accurately staffed. Ensures the “Sports Bar” Vibe by having sports games programmed on surrounding TVs and having sound for local sports teams and events. Must have full time availability and be able to work in high volume. Time management skills are a must, must have excellent problem-solving skills.

· Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.

· Prepare room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils

Ensures all tables are bussed and properly sanitized in a timely fashion. Maintains floor and restroom cleanliness throughout the shift. Ability to see items that need to be cleaned and takes initiative in taking care of the task. Assists bartenders in stocking the bar of all products and keeps up with the use of glassware.

Essential Job Functions:
• Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
• Regularly checks bar stinks to ensure proper temperature and sanitizer level.
• Sets up the restaurant with mats and fruit and makes sure fireplaces and ash trays have been cleaned from the night.
• Regularly checks the perimeter of the building and parking lot for debris and garbage.
• Replaces all garbage cans when the are full. Deep cleans the floors when closing for the night and follows a daily and weekly deep cleaning schedule to maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Host
Greets guests in a timely manner and accommodates their needs. Regulates the flow of the restaurant by pacing the seating of guests efficiently, making sure to not over seat any one section. Alert’s servers/bartenders when they have any changes in seating. Alert’s managers of any guest questions or event inquiries. Answers the phone by the second ring and transfers the call to the appropriate area. Must have a pleasant Demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. Must have communication skills and have excellent problem-solving skills. Must maintain the “Face” of the restaurant, being the first and last person a guest sees when entering and exiting the building. Nighttime, weekend, and Holiday availability required. Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.

Line cook-Prepares all menu items in a timely fashion with consistency and accurate presentation. Must be detail oriented and be able to accommodate allergies and menu modifications Assists in the prep of produce and other food items to ensure the shift/week has sufficient inventory for the volume projected.

· Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
· Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range
· Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery
· Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol
· Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
· Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
· Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products

Must be familiar with health Organization regulated sanitizing procedures. Sanitize and wash all products used for a shift, including glassware. Knowledge of proper operation of dish machine is a plus. Ensures the kitchen and dining areas are clean and Code regulated. Ensures all end of night garbage goes into the dumpster. Daytime, Nighttime, Weekend and Holiday Availability required.

Essential Job Functions:
· Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
· Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
· Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
· Unloading and storing deliveries.
· Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
· Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.

Food Runner
Regulates and maintains the flow of the expo line. Oversees the proper plating and presentation of dishes and finishes the garnish for all items. Ensures all food is brought to the guest in a timely fashion making sure to regulate longer cooking items, having them arrive fresh and hot every time. Last check point for any allergies or modifications for a food ticket-detail oriented and energetic is a must.

Essential Job Functions:
· Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and make recommendations.
· Deliver food orders to a variety of customers in a timely manner.
· Accurately explain food orders to chefs, with specific attention to allergies and special requests.
· Help the wait staff set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins.
