September 28, 2011 - Application Deadline. Do not send payment with your initial application.
September 29, 2011 - Jury selects those invited to exhibit.
September 30, 2011 - Notification of acceptance status.  Vendor Agreements will be sent to those accepted.
October 7, 2011 - Deadline for those accepted to commit to exhibit and return a signed exhibitor contract and nonrefundable payment per booth fee schedule as stated in Application below.

All vendors submitting applications are required to submit three (3) photos or digital images of artwork and booth setup (if available). Do not send slides. Images will not be returned and shall be considered Event property.  Images are reviewed by the panel. Artistic excellence is the main criteria for selection of exhibitors and also on type of medium. Decisions of the committee are final.
