This Release and Waiver of Liability for Summer 2025, on behalf of the above named volunteer,
in favor of Camp in the Community, their directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents (collectively, “Camp in the Community”).
Release and Waiver. Volunteer hereby releases and forever discharges and holds harmless Camp in the Community and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind, which arise from Volunteer’s activities with Camp in the Community.
Insurance. Volunteer also understands that, in the event of injury incurred while engaged as a Volunteer at Camp in the Community, Volunteer’s insurance, if any, shall be primary and Camp in the Community’ insurance shall be secondary.
Medical Treatment. Volunteer releases and forever discharges Camp in the Community from any claim which arises on account of any first aid or treatment rendered in connection with the Volunteer’s activities with Camp in the Community.
Assumption of the Risk. The Volunteer understands that the volunteer activities include work that may be hazardous to the Volunteer. Volunteer assumes the risk of injury or harm in the activities and releases Camp in the Community from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the volunteer activities.
Photographic Release. Volunteer grants Camp in the Community all right to photographic images made by Camp in the Community and agrees these images may be used in Camp in the Community promotional materials.
