- Dr. Hart’s panel is temporarily closed to new patients while we finalize her schedule for the fall. Please complete the below form, and we expect to have an update in mid-August to early September for her prospective patients.
- We regularly review the responses here; however, if you are only interested in seeing Dr. McBride or Dr. Ackerly, we review their availability quarterly, so you may not hear from us for some time regarding potential options or waiting. Currently, they are not accepting new patients.
As a final note, your care with Ackerly McBride Group starts when you start your membership. Until that first visit, you'll need to continue seeing your current primary care provider.
