University of Florida IFAS Extension DeSoto County Community Conversation - Monday, April 8th, 4pm-6pm
The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation has partnered with the Patterson Foundation on a community drive initiative to catalyze change. 

This initiative has three primary goals: (1) illuminate key issues that matter to people and better understand the community's underlying conditions that make up DeSoto county; (2) take action on key issues that matter to people; and (3) strengthen DeSoto County's civic culture so the community can accelerate and deepen its good work.
 
Conversations are taking place across DeSoto County this Spring with one scheduled for Monday, April 8th at 4:00 pm at University of Florida IFAS Extension - DeSoto County. All conversation participants will receive a $25 gift card.
