PROPEL Mentor Form
PROPEL is an after school program that mentors and tutors students from 6th to college. Please filled out the form below, along with a volunteer form, to be paired with a student that would best benefit from having you as a mentor. This is a chance for you to help develop our future leaders. As a mentor, you will be integrated into our PROPEL family; you are not in this alone.
