To complete irrigation testing and repairs during Stage-3 , Stage-2, or Stage-1 watering restrictions, irrigation companies are required to report the addresses where work is being completed.  You can submit up to 10 addresses with this form.

This information will be used to help 311 skip investigating water violation concerns on the days work is being completed.

After repairs and testing are completed the property must then follow the current stage of water restrictions.
