CLC Voting Workshop RSVP
"And he answered, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.' And he said to him, 'You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live.'" Luke 10: 27
Who: You and other CLC folks
When: Saturday, Oct. 17th 10am - 11:30am
Where: Zoom (link will be sent out after you RSVP)
What: This is a voting workshop organized to collaboratively research the 12 CA propositions and 2 Alameda County propositions on the 2020 general election ballot.
How: One person/household will be assigned to each proposition, so we're looking for 14 participants total. (If we have a lot more than 14 people interested, we can potentially split into multiple workshops.)
First and Last Name
What does commitment to the voting workshop look like?
Commitment to this workshop looks like:
1. Prior to workshop, spending time (~1-2 hrs max) to research the affirmative and opposing sides of your assigned proposition.
2. Attending a 1.5 hour Zoom meeting to share findings with others.
3. Optional: Collaborating with others in your city in a separate setting to research local measures and ballot items.
Are you committed to participating in the voting workshop (based on the info above)?
No, but I'd like access to more info or resources for my own research.
