Fall Parking Lot Sale Vendor Request
Please fill out the form below if you are interested in getting a space at the St. John the Evangelist Parking Lot Yard Sale! 

Saturday, October 3rd 8am-11am
Please join us and sell items from your garage that you've been holding on to for years. Gently used clothing, shoes, toys, electronics, etc that you no longer need. 
Do you make any craft items (candles, jewelry, sparkly water bottles, etc.) or homemade treats (bread, cookies, scones, cakes, etc.)? Come and sell that too!!

After you fill out the form, Caytie Galgani will reach out to you to confirm your space number. Rental fees can be paid through the church website on the same page where the form is located. You will need to manually enter the amount based on how many spots you'd like. Rental payment will not be accepted at the event. There is a non-refundable $30 rental fee per space. The spaces do not have access to any power sources unless you bring your own. But everything you bring will need to fit in your assigned spot. If your vehicle will fit in your spot then you can keep it parked there. If it won't fit, then you will need to unload your items and park on the street.  *

The vendor spaces are the size of 2 standard parking spots. About 18ft x 18ft. How many spots would you like? *
We are planning on opening the parking lot 2 hours before the event, at 6am, to allow for everyone to set up. Once the event starts at 8am we cannot allow any cars to drive in the lot due to safety concerns. So all items need to be unloaded and set up and all cars parked by that time. With this in mind, will setting up at 6am be enough time for you? *
