Please join the South Carolina Emergency Management Division and its partners for the Horry County and City of Myrtle Beach edition of AFTER MATTHEW: A Disaster Recovery Workshop for Coastal Businesses.

AFTER MATTHEW is a workshop in which both the public and private sector come together over lunch to discuss ways to help businesses quickly reopen their doors after a disaster. The event will feature experts in business disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and active shooter safety training. It will also provide the business community a chance to build and test their own continuity plans against a customized hurricane scenario during a featured table top exercise.

The workshop will take place on January 26, 2018. Event registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the workshop will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot located at 851 Broadway Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.

Lunch will be provided.
