This is the form that will be used for the Stratford bread order that will be dropped off this week. Simply fill in the respective fields and then click submit. Please respect the cut-off and pick-up date/time as stated in the email.

Date: Sunday, May 25th (cut-off for orders, Thursday, 12pm).

Location:  Market Square, Stratford, ON

Time: 10-2pm at market
            3-5pm at the farm

Bread Choices
Listed below are the breads available this week.
All breads are made with organic ingredients using sourdough/starter/levain.

Pain au Levain ($7.50)
Wheat based bread, water, natural culture, and salt.
OHF Grain ($8.00)
Wheat based bread mixed with toasted grains (sunflower, flax, sesame, pepitas/pumpkin), water, natural culture, and salt.
Sesame Nigella ($7.50)
Pain au levain dough with sesame and nigella seeds. 
Wise Walnut-Raisin ($7.50)
A base of pain au levain with the addition of walnuts, raisins, and a touch of sage.
Rye Fig-Fennel ($7.50)
A light rye (30%) loaf with the addition of fig and fennel.
Cramique ($7.00)
An enriched dough (sugar, milk and eggs) with the addition of raisins.
Fougasse ($7.00)
A white flour based dough with olive oil, herbes de Provence and coarse sea salt.
Baguette ($9.00)
An unbleached white flour baguette. 2 baguettes in each order.
Spelt ($8.00)
A spelt based loaf (contains wheat).
Croissants (4/$16.00)
4 plain croissants in one order.
Almond Croissants ($5.50)
Croissant with almond cream.
Pain au Chocolat ($5.00)
Croissant dough with chocolate.
Cheese Croissant ($5.00)
Croissant dough with gruyère cheese.

Please make sure all the questions are answered, and that you haven't forgotten to order your choice of bread for this particular week. This process will streamline the whole operation so I can commit more time to making and improving your bread every week- thanks.

Once the form is completed it may be best to record your entries, so nothing is forgotten on pick-up day- don't want any bread left behind for the pigs.

If you feel something weird has happened and your order is in the ether of the internet, let me know and I'll double check that your order has in fact been received.
