DANA Mariner Meetup Interest Sign-up
Please complete this form if you are interested in attending Mariner Meetup during recess.  
Mariner Meetup is open Mon-Fri every day at recess and you will be assigned ONE day of the school week when you can attend.

Once you complete this form, please wait for a Dana staff member to give you a color sticker that identifies which day of the week you are assigned to attend Mariner Meetup.  The sticker needs to be placed on the front inside cover of your student planner.

Good standing in citizenship is required to attend Mariner Meetup: Students with I's and/or U's cannot attend.
