We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your membership. Please complete the form below.

Here are a couple of things that you need to know about Cancellations:
---> For a weekly membership, we deduct your next payment and your membership cancels a week from that payment.
---> For monthly, 3 months & 6 months memberships, notice periods are listed below. If the necessary notice has not been given prior to your next payment date, that payment will process and your cancellation will be processed at the end of that payment period:
- monthly membership: 2 weeks prior to next payment date
- 3 months membership: 3 weeks prior to next payment date
- 6 months membership: 4 weeks prior to next payment date
---> You are able to use your membership during the notice period (ie. to the end of the payment period that you are paid up for).
