  • The eBook or eAudiobook must not already be owned by your library or available on the California  statewide eBook Palace app.  Get the app here
  • The item must be published (we cannot pre-order) and available from The Palace Marketplace
  • The item must be an eBook or eAudiobook. Check your local library's website to request a print book via their Zip Books Request Form.
  • You will receive an email when the item is available for download on the Palace app. We cannot hold the item for the requestor, so please check out your requested item as soon as possible after notification.
