Booth Options - We do not provide shelving or displays. You receive a blank space to make your own.
- 8 ft deep X 6 ft wide $110 plus 10%
- 5 ft deep x 6 ft wide $90 plus 10%
- 3 ft deep x 6 ft wide $70 plus 10%
- Bookshelf space $50 plus 10%
- 3X3 Stand Alone Area $50 plus 10%
- Single Shelf on the Wall by Checkout Counter 3' long 8" tall 1' deep $25 plus 10%
- Previously Loved Clothing and Shoes. $25 sign up fee and 20% of sales.
Vendor Details
Rent & Payments
- Rent and commissions are deducted from the previous month’s sales.
- Vendors are paid the remaining balance via Venmo, CashApp or check.
- If a payout falls on a weekend or holiday, checks will be available the next business day.
- If a vendor’s sales do not cover rent, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
- Failure to pay within 5 days results in forfeiting booth contents to The Local Collective TN.
Sales Tax
- We handle all sales tax payments for vendors.
- If you have a business entity that files sales tax, report $0 sales for items sold at The Local Collective TN.
Next Steps
- Submit your completed vendor application along with a list of items you intend to sell.
- Upon approval,
- Sign a three-month agreement and make the first month’s rent payment
- You’ll receive tagging details, and your assigned booth number.
- Set up your space and/or bring in your clothing.
