RTC 2020 Interest Form

If you're interested in becoming a sponsor/attending author for Romancing the Capital 2019 please fill out the form below. It will help us to gauge interest and start the planning process. We'll send out official information (including sign-up and payment info) after the 2019 event. This is an interest form only not an official invitation.

Because RWA is on the usual weekend for RTC, we are eyeballing instead, July 16th-18th, 2020.

RTC Info
Romancing the Capital (RTC) is a multi-day celebration that allows authors a unique opportunity to connect with current fans and introduce themselves to new readers. This event includes writing workshops on Thursday afternoon, fun events Thursday night, coffee and pastries Friday/Saturday mornings, genre panels and author events Friday and Saturday, a catered dinner and party Friday night, and a huge author signing Saturday afternoon. We've also added an UNCON Saturday night, for authors ONLY to have the chance to mix and mingle among themselves.

RTC is organized by Eve Langlais and takes place in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) the first weekend in August (except for 2020 because of the RWA conference. We are looking at July 16th-18th instead). Not including sponsoring authors, the attending tickets max out at 250 tickets, with readers coming from far and wide. The book signing itself is always open to the public.

NOTE: Filling out this interest form in no way commits you to sponsoring, nor does it guarantee your spot. Space is limited to 45 authors to ensure RTC remains an intimate event for readers and authors, and spots are filled by genre availability to keep it well-rounded.
