All rentals require a $250 cleaning deposit that will only be cashed if the club is not left as it was found, a check for the amount for the event dated the week of the event, and a completed rental agreement, and completed rental request form (below).  Request for rental are granted on a first come basis, one year in advance of the requested date, by filling out the Rental Request form on the GRYC Website.  Upon notification of approval members will then need to print, complete and sign the Rental Agreement. Mail the Rental Agreement, along with two checks, the $250.00 cleaning deposit and the Rental Fee to the GRYC P.O. Box 6444, Grand Rapids,  MI  49506. Please note there are two rental periods per day (8AM-3PM & 4PM-12AM). No discount is available for multiple rental periods.
