Cross Country practice will take place at 7:00am Monday-Saturday August 4-15th. Day camp 7-10 is Required of all athletes. A $125 camp fee is due Monday 8/4/25. Family Fun Day Fundraiser 7:00-9:00pm Saturday August 16th (Mandatory for all team members)

Cross Country requires time and commitment. We practice M-S with meets on Saturday which often take several hours. Please confirm your understanding of this commitment.  A 20 practice minimum is required by VHSL prior to competing. *
