Complete all sections of this form this form to apply / reapply for individual membership to Canterbury Art Teachers' Association - Te Rūnanga Hautū Mātauranga Toi O Waitaha. Only new members and those who have let their membership lapse need apply. Current members will automatically be sent resubscription notices in February. All memberships are for individuals only and the form should be completed for one person only. Membership rates (subscription fees) are:

Full Time: $17.25 inc GST

Part Time, Pre-Service, Associated industry/subject: $5.75 inc GST

Membership acceptance will be notified by invoice and confirmed on payment of the annual subscription fee.

Please ensure that you update us with your contact details if these change during the term of membership. Your membership is NOT tied to your school and you can take it with you if you move to another school.

They will be used only for the purpose of billing and contacting you to facilitate CATA meetings, workshops and projects you have agreed to participate in pertaining to visual art education in Canterbury and Aotearoa New Zealand.
