2020-2021 Pakistan Candidate Registration Form
February Round 4
ABOUT THE CONTEST
We are pleased to announce that Eye on Ivy has brokered that Pakistani students can now directly register for the International Caribou Mathematics Competition for the first time ever.
The Caribou Mathematics Competition is a worldwide online contest that is held over a series of six dates throughout the school year. So far, 29 countries with over 350,000 participants have written up to 120,000 tests in the six Caribou Contests. At each event, the contest is divided into six grade levels 2, 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12 and is offered in different languages. The Caribou Cup is cumulative of all six contests. Each student’s ranking and eligibility for the cup is determined through the best 5 out of 6 of the contests. The online platform also offers a huge data of resources (written solutions, current year and previous years contests as online practice tests, video solutions, online math, and logic games, online mini-courses).
With the current integrated system of on-campus and online schooling, Caribou contests are ideal. Whether you register as part of a school or individually, the Caribou contests are easily accessible from home. Participants only need a stable internet connection, adult supervision, and the given access code to participate in the competition.
Participants can write the exam on either of the given two days as per convenience or teacher’s discretion (if participating through school). They are given 50 minutes to complete the test, and the results are announced that very night. They are also given a chance to practice and improve your ranking.
The Caribou Cup offers a huge pool of cash prizes from 500 CAD to 10 CAD for top-performing students and schools. Additionally, contest and Caribou Cup certificates can be printed right after each test is marked.
