Registration for Optical Surveying 2025

To register for Optical Surveying, please fill out this registration form. The early registration price is $800.

After Sept. 10, 2025, the price is $900. The cancellation policy is above. You may need to scroll down to get to all the questions on the form. There is a SUBMIT button when you get to the end.

We may have Covid protocols that will be determined. Although there is a shelter, we will likely spend most time outdoors so we're not so close together. You absolutely must not come if you have Covid symptoms. If you are NOT willing to practice our protocols which may include mask wearing, please do not register to come in 2025.

This is a 6 day course and includes camping, but you need to bring your own food, see details on the Logistics page.

Don't forget to complete your registration by making payment either by using the link to Paypal jat the bottom of the website page, by sending your check or money order or making an arrangement with us to pay in person, see options below. This is separate from the registration form.

The registration price for this course is $900. Early registration by Sept. 10, 2025 is $800. This includes camping; participants bring their own food (see Logistics). If you can mail your payment or come by our Ashland office, that is our preferred way of being paid. If you need to pay by credit card or are registering at the last minute, you can use the Pay Pal option.
