Promo Title: Have a Merry FlexStick

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Have A Merry FlexStick is a creative campaign that invites participants to re-invent and redesign Flexstick and its packaging in the festive spirit of Christmas. Participants will design a holiday-inspired version of the pen and packaging to strengthen brand engagement during the holiday season.

HOW TO JOIN

Step 1: Fill out the Pre-Registration Form using the official link provided. Review the contest mechanics and fill out all required details: Name, Email Address, Postal Address, Contact Number, and Facebook Link.

Step 2: Create a Christmas-themed version of the FlexStick Pen and its packaging, incorporating your own creativity and style.

Step 3: Post your entry on your Facebook account. Ensure the post is set to public and include the following hashtags: 

(1) HaveAMerryFlexStick (2) #PaskoNaSaFlexOffice (3) #FlexOfficePhilippines

Step 4: Prepare your submission by completing the Registration Form. Attach the following:

• Art design entry in high-resolution (JPEG or PNG) format

• A brief description of your entry

• Link to your Art Design posted on Facebook

• Screenshot of your Art Design post on Facebook

SPECIFICATION OF ENTRIES

1. Each participant is required to create a Christmas-themed redesign of the FlexStick Pen and its packaging, reflecting the official theme of the campaign.

2. The design must highlight both the FlexStick pen and its packaging, clearly presented in the submission.

3. The entry must showcase the participant’s originality and creativity, aligning with the contest theme.

4. Submissions must be in high-resolution digital format (JPEG or PNG) to ensure quality viewing and assessment.

5. Submit a screenshot of your entry as posted on Facebook, in compliance with How to Join (Step 4).

6. Each participant may submit up to three (3) entries; however, only one entry per participant may be selected as a winner. In case a participant has more than one winning entry, the participant will only get the prize of higher value.

7. All entries must be the original work of the participant and must not have been submitted to or used in any other competition or campaign.
