Sunflower Supreme Replacement Heifer Performance - Fall-calving purchased in 2016
The Sunflower Supreme Replacement Heifer Program (Sunflower Supreme) provides knowledge, guidance, and tools to assist beef producers to be more profitable by improving replacement heifer reproductive performance and optimizing cow longevity. To enable us to better serve you and to help determine how successful the Sunflower Supreme program is for your operation, we need your cooperation in providing the following information. The information you provide us will be confidentially held. Only aggregated Sunflower Supreme data that cannot be traced to individual operations will be reported. While failure to provide the requested information may affect our ability to serve you, you may elect to not provide us with any of the requested information.

We would like to collect information on how well the Sunflower Supreme heifers perform once being introduced into the herd.  This information will help in regards to determining calving ease restrictions, health concerns, and longevity of heifers developed according to the minimal management guidelines within the Sunflower Supreme program.  Your responses will help us capture data as it relates to improving heifer development guidelines.

What is your herds average replacement rate? *
This response will be used to help determine if Sunflower Supreme management practices can help reduce the number of cows leaving your operation.  The way to calculate herd replacement rate is to take the number of heifers entering herd then dividing by total number of brood cows and multiply by 100.
