1. Supervision:
I understand that children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. This is not a drop-off event.

2. Liability Release:
I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree that KSignature Events, Bad Ass Coffee, and all organizers and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

3. Photo & Video Consent:
I grant permission to KSignature Events and Bad Ass Coffee to take photographs and videos during the event and to use them for social media, promotional, and marketing purposes.

4. Health & Safety:
I understand that I am responsible for my child’s personal items and well-being. If my child has allergies or medical conditions, I will take appropriate precautions and inform event staff if needed.

5. Behavior Expectations:
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely. KSignature Events reserves the right to ask any participant to leave if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.

6. RSVP Confirmation:
I confirm that I will attend the “Letters to Santa” event on December 7, 2025, at Bad Ass Coffee Shop.

7. Communication Consent:

I agree to receive occasional updates and information about future events from KSignature Events.
