Please complete and submit this application before September 1, 2024 for the 2025/2026 Academic Year.

To be eligible, an employee must have completed two years of full-time continuous service. Consideration will be given to previous years of experience in Higher Education.  There must not be a break in service prior to the start at St. Norbert College. For the purposes of tuition waiver, positions that work a minimum of 1,560 hours per year (.75 full-time equivalent) are considered full-time.

If the student is a degree seeking candidate, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) needs to be completed no later than January 1, 2025.  The 2025-2026 FAFSA will be available on October 1, 2024. On the FAFSA website use school code 003892. The Financial Aid Office can provide any additional information regarding the FAFSA requirement.
